The hotel is located in an area that has a good connection to public transportation. the staff are friendly, and the rooms are generally clean. some guests reported issues with the bathrooms, such as dripping water from the roof. the food at the hotel's restaurant is delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from.

The hotel seems to hold on to outdated procedures and rules that can be inconvenient , such as requiring passport photos for police reports or refusing torn banknotes.

The food at the hotel was quite good, especially the Chinese dishes such as the spicy garlic noodles. Additionally, the location was convenient for our city break, with easy access to transportation and attractions. One other positive aspect of our stay was the friendly staff who were always willing to help.

We had some issues with our rooms during our stay. Both the garden suite we had booked and a second room we were given had various problems such as leaks in the bathroom and an incorrect room type. This was quite disappointing and negatively impacted our overall experience at the hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the two amenities offered in the hotel. The hotel's location was perfect for a city break, as it was near the shopping district and restaurants, which made it easy to find somewhere to eat. Another advantage I enjoyed was the friendly staff who made every effort to make us feel at home.

My stay was marred with a few negatives aspects. First, the bathrooms were in terrible condition with leaking taps, a smelly drain and generally unkempt which made it unpleasant to use them. Second, the rooms were darker than the pictures online which was disappointing. Finally, I had a serious issue with getting hot water, even after lodging a complaint; it stayed cold each time I needed to take a bath. the experience wasn't terrible, but these issues detracted from what otherwise could have been an enjoyable visit.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room wasnice and neat, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They provided excellent service and were always available to answer my queries. The hotel's facilities, such as parking and transportation, made my stay hassle-free.

Nothing could have been better.

The food was delicious, especially the Chinese dishes like the chilly garlic noodles. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

Can't fault anything about it.
